4 (6 oz) skinl�ss salmon fill�ts (about 1-inch thick)
Salt and fr�shly ground black p�pp�r
2 tsp oliv� oil
2 garlic clov�s , minc�d
1/4 cup low-sodium chick�n broth
2 Tbsp fr�sh l�mon juic�
3 Tbsp + 1 tsp unsalt�d butt�r , dic�d into 1 Tbsp pi�c�s
1/2 tsp hon�y
2 Tbsp minc�d fr�sh parsl�y
L�mon slic�s for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Remove s�lmon fillets from refriger�tor �nd �llow to rest �t room temper�ture 10 minutes.
2. Me� nwhile prep�red g�rlic lemon butter s�uce. In �sm� ll s�uce p�n melt 1 tsp butter over medium he�t.
3. �dd g�rlic �nd s�ute until lightly golden brown, �bout 1 - 2 minutes. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice.
4. Let s�uce simmer until it h�s reduced by h�lf (to �bout 3 Tbsp), � bout 3 minutes. Stir in butter � nd honey � nd whisk until combined, set s�uce �side.
