Ingredients
- ? cup Bob?s Red Mill instant or old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tsp Bob?s Red Mill chia seeds
- ? cup raw chopped walnuts
- ? tsp cinnamon
- 1 6oz container of Silk Blueberry yogurt (or another dairy-free yogurt of choice)
- ? cup unsweetened soy or cashew milk
- ? cup frozen blueberries
- Optional: coconut, buckwheat groats, cashews, etc. for topping
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and place in the fridge overnight. Top with desired toppings in the morning and enjoy!
