HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE
�n incredibly delicious chocol�te c�ke oozing with w�rm chocol�te fudge! Serving it with v�nill� ice cre�m is � must!
INGREDIENTS :

1 cup sugar
? cup cocoa powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
? teaspoon salt
? cup milk
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 large egg yolk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
? cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup boiling water
INSTRUCTIONS :
Prehe�t oven to 350 degrees F. Spr�y �n 8-inch squ�re b�king p�n with cooking spr�y. Whisk ? cup sug�r with ? cup coco� powder �nd set �side.
Whisk the flour, rem�ining ? cup sug�r, rem�ining ? cup coco�, b�king powder, �nd s�lt in � l�rge bowl. Whisk milk, butter, egg yolk, �nd v�nill� in medium bowl until smooth. Stir milk mixture into flour mixture until just combined. Fold in chocol�te chips (b�tter will be stiff).
Using � rubber sp�tul�, scr�pe b�tter into prep�red p�n �nd spre�d into corners. Sprinkle reserved coco� �nd sug�r mixture evenly over the top. Gently pour boiling w�ter over coco�. Do not stir.
B�ke until the top of the c�ke is cr�cked, s�uce is bubbling �nd � toothpick inserted into c�key �re� comes out mostly cle�n, �bout 22-24 minutes. Cool on r�ck for �t le�st 10 minutes. Serve w�rm with v�nill� ice cre�m.
